Feb. 13th, 2022 07:06 pmI wish I describe how many geese are migrating right now. There are a hundred V's in the sky at a time, with more shifting in as others shift out. There are probably a hundred geese in each V. This goes on for hours. Every possible shape that can be constructed out of Vs is. I keep trying to take pictures but cameras don't capture this, especially crappy cellphone ones. For at least a week there, they would all be going north, then the next day, all going south again, then it would reverse. Maybe two days in a row they would go the same way, I don't know. I'm imagining that they're doing training flights before the real thing. There are so incredibly many going north right now though that they may have concluded their training. Or maybe vast numbers of geese will be going south again in a few days.
