Reading about the multi-culture and community fluidity of Native peoples, then seeing the shake-up at the marina (not unlike other marina shake-ups I've heard about, where large numbers of people are sent packing), and seeing stuff like https://twitter.com/ryanstopera/status/971810826465116161, I find myself mulling over cultural ideas towards communities.
